Microsoft Gold Partnerships are gone - so what's next?
Interlink Cloud Advisors has been a Microsoft Gold Partner for more a decade. We worked hard to achieve this level of partnership and help customers navigate the challenges they face when looking for the right technology solutions. Microsoft has retired Gold and Silver Competencies and replaced them with Solutions Partner Designations. Earning these designations requires meeting and maintaining rigorous performance, skilling, and customer success criteria.
In order to meet the skilling requirements, 11 Interlink technical experts obtained 49 Microsoft certifications, including Security Administration Associate, Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty and Modern Desktop Administration Associate.
Interlink holds four Solutions Partner Designations for proficiency in:
- Modern Work – Help boost productivity and make the shift to hybrid work using Microsoft 365
- Security - Learn to safegaurd their entire organization with integrated security, compliance, and identity solutions
- Infrastructure - Accelerate migration of key infrastructure workloads to Azure.
- Data & AI - Modernize existing applications and build cloud-native apps.
This achievement identifies us as a Top Microsoft Partner across the globe.
So... what does this mean to you?
Our expertise isn’t changing, and we’re still here to make sure you’re successful! The benefit of working with a Solutions (formerly Gold) Partner remains the same: you have a trusted advisor who provides expert support and quality service. Interlink’s team of experts is ready to help you drive business value from your technology investments and create meaningful business outcomes by navigating the complexities of Microsoft licensing, Cloud migrations, enterprise security, mobility and more. We are a Tier 1 Support Partner with our own 24x7x365 help desk and can accelerate escalations through our Microsoft Premier Support agreement.
Microsoft has also renamed Advanced Specializations as simply Specializations. Interlink currently holds 9 specializations which further validates our deep technical expertise in:
- Teamwork Deployment
- Meetings and Meeting Rooms for Microsoft Teams
- Calling for Microsoft Teams
- Adoption and Change Management
- Threat Protection
- Information Protection and Governance
- Identity and Access Management
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- Windows Server & SQL Migration
As Microsoft evolves from Gold/Silver Competencies and Advanced Specializations, our team evolves too. We still understand the value of Microsoft and share that value with our clients. It is what we have always done - and will continue to do.
