Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Platform or when you access the Platform by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data").

How We Share Your Data


We do not sell or lease your Personal Data to any third party.  We may share your Personal Data by disclosing it to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose your Personal Data, we enter into a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that Personal Data confidential and not use it for any purpose except for the purposes set forth in the contract.


Your Choice and Selecting Your Privacy Preferences 


We want to provide you with relevant information that you have requested. 


If we provide subscription-based services, such as email newsletters, we will allow you to opt out at any time after you have received a communication from us while you are subscribed.  Transactional or service-oriented messages, such as delivery confirmation messages, are usually excluded from such preferences, as such messages are required to respond to your requests or to provide goods and services, and are not intended for the purposes of marketing.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)


If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), Interlink Cloud Advisors, Inc legal basis for collecting and using the Personal  Data described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

Interlink Cloud Advisors, Inc may process your Personal Data because:

  • We need to perform a contract with you; 

  • You have given us permission to do so; 

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights; and/or

  • To comply with the law. 


Retention of Data


Interlink Cloud Advisors, Inc will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Security of Data
