Currently, Rachael is a Senior Change Management Consultant for Interlink. She is a versatile leader with over 20 years in the IT and Software fields having experience in virtually every functional area of an organization through both team and leadership roles. She brings a diverse background in organization development, change management, strategic planning and process improvement, product management and marketing, new product development, and customer service, sales and support to the Interlink team. She has coupled this practical experience with a well-rounded education focused on both the operational and human sides of business through a Master’s Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior and a Ph.D. in Organization Development.
