Microsoft has introduced Play My Emails in Outlook for iOS, with Android following later, to read aloud out of your emails using natural language with Cortana. The user interface is specifically designed for people on the move, to help users stay organized, and be productive wherever you are. You can use one finger or voice commands to swipe to the next message, or act on a message – making this app easy to use whether it is on a commute or as you get ready in the morning!

Growth: Office 365 Now Supports up to 150 MB Email Size

In the past, users of Outlook have been restricted to attachments onl25 MB or less in total.

However, for those who prefer to attach all files directly to an email through Outlook at once, there is good news: the maximum message size has increased to 150 MB.

 

It is important to note, however, that the administrator is responsible for changing the default settings themselves and users are still set at a maximum of 25 MB unless changed. It is now an option to choose the size setting ranging from 1 MB up to the new 150 MB. There are even ways for restricting or allowing certain sizes to distinct users or groups.

I heard there was a send restriction in place for e-mail. Can you comment on this?

The default outgoing mail size is 10MB.  It can be increased easily to 25MB per mail.  Other limits include 500 recipients per message, or 1,500 recipients per 24-hour period, but distribution groups are counted as a single recipient.
