Although Office Online was designed with accessibility in mind, upgrades are always needed for continuous improvement. These started with Office Online utilizing WAI-ARIA(Web Accessibility Initiative - Accessible Rich Internet Applications), which is a new accessibility standard for blind or low vision web users. Of course, this was just the start. More recently, users are finding all kinds of new tools and features that increase their ability to use Office Online products despite their need for assistance. Microsoft has made a conscious effort to make their products more user-friendly for people with disabilities.  Enhancements are focused on giving everyone a level playing field to maximize the use of Office products and software.

Like any good product or service, Microsoft is constantly updating and adding features to the Office 365 suite, giving business users plenty of new tools and resources. So far in 2015, Microsoft has expanded Office 365 to new platforms; iOS and Android, added new features; Office 365 Video and Delve, plus updates, as well as developed new apps and updates for all mobile devices. The goal is increased accessibility and mobility, so every business can benefit from the integrated solutions and adaptable tools and platforms.

Yes. As of September 1, 2014, all SKUs containing Office 365 ProPlus, Project Pro for Office 365, or Visio Pro for Office 365 can be used by multiple users on a shared device or virtual machine.  This is referred to as shared computer activation. Users in a Terminal Server environment are now able to use Office applications such as Word and Excel without it counting against the five total installations allowed for Office 365.
